Our clients in Ann Arbor Hills were ready to turn their unfinished, yet highly used, basement into a space that they will love. Done with spending so much time exercising, playing, or just storing things in such a space, they were ready to elevate their love of home, including a love for their basement. The Rochman Design Build team will convert this 1700 sq. ft. area into a beautiful and functional basement that will include a kitchenette, an exercise gym, and a wide open family and play space. We invite you to follow the transformation as it unforlds.

The new basement living area looks cozy and bright with carpeting, LVT flooring and a creamy paint color. You can’t see it but the walls have blocking and data specifically placed for a wall mounted TV. The ugly steel basement columns now look elegant wrapped in white painted wood and trim.

Appliances are installed in the new basement kitchenette! The new island is located in the perfect place to enjoy football games on TV. Go Blue!

The newly remodeled, awesome basement also includes a gorgeous ping pong room for teen parties.

Small design details such as opening up the base of the stair help to create a more open, elegant space. Whoever said the devil is in the details? We love details.
