GARY ROCHMAN - Owner / Design Director

In 1989, Gary founded Rochman Design Build, bringing decades of experience in construction, architecture, and structural engineering. His journey began as a framing carpenter in Beaver Creek, Colorado, before expanding his expertise in San Francisco as an architect and structural engineer. Along the way, he also honed his woodworking skills in Ann Arbor. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time outdoors—especially in the mountains of Colorado—while cherishing moments with his family.

NEO LONGORIA - Architectural Designer

Neo joined Rochman Design Build in 2022, bringing a strong foundation in both hands-on craftsmanship and architectural expertise. Before earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture, he spent ten years as a residential framing carpenter, gaining valuable experience in the field. Outside of work, he is a dedicated fish keeper who enjoys designing intricate underwater landscapes for his aquariums. He also loves spending time outdoors, exploring new adventures with his family.

ANNA CODY - Interior Designer

Anna joined Rochman in 2025 with 15 years of Interior Design experience.  Anna believes that collaboration and trust are essential to creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect the personality and style of each client. Her background in Industrial Engineering brings a function-first aspect to her work - everything begins with a good space plan! When not at work, you can find her hanging out at her kids' many activities and sporting events, gardening with native plants, and walking her high-maintenance dog.

MIKE SOKOL - Production Manager

Mike joined Rochman Design Build in 2016, bringing valuable experience as a former remodeling company owner. His passion for craftsmanship extends beyond work—he enjoys woodworking and furniture making in his free time. When he's not in the shop, you can find him ice fishing, camping, spending time with his family, or cheering on the Tigers.

NICK STEARNS - Project Manager

Joining Rochman Design Build in 2025, Nick believes that the heart of every project lies in the relationships we build with clients. He thrives on the unique puzzle each home presents, finding that the best results come from creative, hands-on collaboration with trade partners and homeowners alike. Outside of the office, he’s most likely to be found in his kitchen experimenting with new recipes or soaking up the sun at Comerica Park for a Tigers game. Deeply rooted in the Ann Arbor community, Nick also spend baseball seasons on the diamond as an umpire for Ann Arbor Rec & Ed.

GLEN DIGAETANO - Estimator, Project Coordinator

Glen joined Rochman Design Build in 2013, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has worn many hats, working as a carpenter, business owner, salesman, and manager. When he's not overseeing projects, he enjoys board games, classical music and paddling the area's waterways with family and friends.

DAVE ALLSTETTER - Lead Carpenter

Dave joined Rochman Design Build in 2017, bringing a lifelong passion for working with natural wood. His love for craftsmanship is matched by his enthusiasm for adventure—he enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, and spending quality time with his family.

ZACK ROHRER - Carpenter

Zack joined Rochman Design Build in 2015, bringing both skill and creativity to his craft. An avid outdoorsman, he hand-carves his own kayaks and spends as much time as possible on the water. When he’s not kayaking, he enjoys mountain biking and exploring everything the Potawatomi Trail has to offer.

JARED DEMSKI - Carpenter

Jared joined Rochman Design Build in 2023, driven by his belief that "nothing beats the feeling of making something beautiful with your own hands." Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, seeking out new adventures, and unwinding with a good book on the beach.

NICK O’CONNOR - Apprentice Carpenter

Nick’s passion for this industry is a family tradition. Watching his father work as a master carpenter inspired him to follow in his footsteps, loving the tangible sense of accomplishment that comes with building something built to last. When he’s not at work, Nick can usually be found chasing an adrenaline rush. Whether it’s extreme mountain biking, skateboarding, or heading north to go snowmobiling, he loves staying active and being outdoors.

LIORA ROSEN - Marketing Coordinator

Liora joined Rochman Design Build team in 2014. Her favorite part of any building are the doors, which she loves to photograph in her travels. In addition to traveling, Liora loves to read, host exchange students, spend time in her garden with her flowers and fairy houses, and spend time “spoiling” her family.

LINDSEY BRILEY - Office Manager

Lindsey joined Rochman Design Build in 2019, drawn to the excitement of seeing transformations take shape. When she’s not running after her toddler, Lindsey enjoys yoga, swimming, and capturing moments through photography, and spending time with her family and all their animals.
