This project is a continuation of our Age-in-Place process for our long term thinking clients. In this project, we will be adding a residential elevator tower off of the west side of the house. The addition of the tower will actually enlarge the dining room, 2 study / home office areas, and the basement. View Project
This Colonial home in Ann Arbor Hills was originally built in 1931. Renovations are planned on all 3 levels of the home, the basement, and the 2 story garage. Major items include re-configuring the central staircase to help circulation patterns on all levels, new master suite, new 3rd floor art studio, new garage loft writing studio, and updated bathrooms. We will be remodeling both the first floor unit and the second floor unit of this old farmhouse in Ann Arbor’s Water Hill neighborhood. While the renovations of the 1st floor will be mainly cosmetic, the 2nd floor renovation will include a major addition with new kitchen and family room spaces.
